  3. All product images displayed in this website have been illustrated in good faith in the belief that the goods, as described, will be available for sale. A failure of a supplier to deliver in accordance with the sample could result in some items not being available.

We respect your right to privacy, all personal information provided to Concept Collections through our online contact and quote forms will be handled with strict confidence and only used to communicate with our customers as requested. Trading Terms & Conditions

  1. Concept Collections strives to always provide the best products and reserves the right to make improvements or changes to products without notice.
  2. All product images displayed in this website have been illustrated in good faith in the belief that the goods, as described, will be available for sale. A failure of a supplier to deliver in accordance with the sample could result in some items not being available.
  3. All products sold by Concept Collections are offered with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty unless specified otherwise.
  4. All warranty claims must be made immediately when an issue is recognised. Failure to notify Concept Collections within a reasonable amount of time may void warranty claims.
  5. It is the responsibility of the customer to return warranty items to Concept Collections for repair or replacement.
  6. Concept Collections is a specialist in furniture, not freight. In instances where the customer pays for delivery of goods, any redelivery fees for replacement items under warranty will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  7. Photo evidence may be required if a warranty item cannot be brought to Concept Collections.
  8. Concept Collections will repair or replace (where repair is not possible) all products that are deemed by Concept Collections to be faulty.
  9. Warranty does not extend to damage caused by neglect, misuse, abuse, acts of nature, fire, or freezing.
